By using this website you will be acknowledging and abiding by the following conditions:

SHOPPING TERMS, PAYMENT METHODS

We accept: Visa and Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, via the secure site cart and Paypal systems. Goods will be dispatched once monies have been cleared.

CANCELLATION

With reference to the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, refunds will be given if an order is cancelled within 7 days. Refunds will be provided within 30 days.

RETURN OF GOODS

Items may be returned if you are not happy with your purchase. Please return items via first class recorded delivery service in original condition and at your own cost, i.e. with any labels and seals intact, within 3 days of receipt of your order; refund of the purchase price will then be issued. Items which have been opened or used will not be accepted for a refund. Your statutory rights will not be affected.

You have the right to return goods, as long as they were not custom made, as long as you notify the seller within 7 days of the day after the goods are received - a reasonable restocking fee (eg 10%-20%) may be deducted by the seller for this if the goods were not faulty.

All images (including backgrounds) and information on this website are the property of R. Day (Hathor's Bath) and may not be reproduced in whole or part without prior written permission; please respect the property of any sites linked from the Hathor's Bath site.

CUSTOMER PROTECTION

R. Day (Hathor's Bath) fully respects customer confidentiality and will never pass nor discuss details with third parties. Information collected so that orders may be processed is retained on removable storage also on thePaypal secure servers.

DAMAGES

Should you receive any damaged goods please send details of damage to packaging and goods within 48 hours in order that a claim may be sent to Royal Mail; goods will be replaced within 7 days of receipt of your notification.

PRICING

R. Day (Hathor's Bath) reserves the right to make price changes without prior notice but will not increase the price of ordered goods which are awaiting delivery. There is no additional VAT nor mimimum order amount.

PAYMENT & PURCHASE

These facilities are currently for online orders only; orders may be paid for via online shopping cart, Paypal or with a credit card for UK addresses only. Please note that transactions will appear on your statement as "Hathor's Bath" and not as "R. Day".

SHIPPING

Delivery is via Royal Mail, to be signed for by the customer, within the UK only.  We regret that we cannot ship outside the UK.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping is done via Royal Mail to the UK only.

Orders over £60.00 are free of postage charges.
